One provides legal advisory service as an in-house lawyer in Hungarian and English:
• ongoing legal advice regarding activities carried out by the Group's companies,
• preparing and giving opinions on contracts and other documents related to the activities of Group's companies, preparing legal opinions and recommendations, participating in meetings and negotiations,
• preparation of corporate documents, applications and official letters,
• cooperation in the creation of internal legal acts (regulations, procedures, policies, etc.),
• monitoring changes in regulations and legal acts affecting the functioning of the Group's companies,
• cooperation with external law firms providing services to the Group's Companies in Hunagry and abroad.
- diploma in law
- at least 3 years of professional experience in performing the duties indicated above as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house position,
- very good knowledge of English in speech and writing (including legal terminology),
- high independence in action, very good organization of work,
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- attitude towards the delivery of tasks and proposing solutions.
